Refer a candidate to BUX and get an iPhone X!

At BUX we believe that personal recommendation is the most valuable hiring tool. Whether you’re a BUXster, a potential candidate, an investor or just randomly stumbled upon our page and happen to know a great developer who’s looking for new career opportunities, please check out our referral program.

What’s the drill?

  1. Use the form below to refer a candidate. Provide all requested data (data marked with *).
  2. Once we’ve reviewed your referral, our recruitment team will confirm that the candidate has been invited for an interview.
  3. If the candidate accomplishes all steps of our hiring process, he will receive an official job offer. The referral is successful if the candidate has accepted it and went through a trial period at BUX. You will be updated if the offer has been accepted by the candidate.
  4. If the above-mentioned conditions are met, our recruitment team will contact you to send an iPhone X.
