To whom does the promotion apply?

This promotion applies to ABN AMRO Bank customers who don’t invest with BUX yet and don’t have an active BUX account. As a new customer, you will qualify for a free fraction of iShares MSCI World ETF worth €50 if you meet the following criteria:

• Create an account in the BUX App during the promotion period (1 April – 21 April 2025). This process usually takes around 10 minutes.
• Deposit into your BUX account using your ABN AMRO Bank account during the promotion period (1 April – 21 April 2025). Deposits are instant via Tikkie.
• Set up an Investment Plan in the BUX app during the promotion period (1 April – 21 April 2025) with a minimum amount of €150. You can read more about the Investment Plans here.
• You need to have your Investment plan executed for 3 times between 1 April and 1 August 2025. The 3 months don’t have to be consecutive. The 3 Investment Plan executions need to occur in April, May, June, July. After 3 successful executions, you will receive your free (fractional) ETF worth €50.
• The Free fractional ETF bonus is limited to one per Account with no more than one Account enrolled per new Client.

What does the promotion entail?

To enter this promotion you need to create and fund your BUX account, set up an Investment Plan no later than April 21 2025 with a minimum amount of €150, and get it executed 3 times. The deposits should be made via your ABN AMRO Bank account. You don’t have to sign up for this promotion. The promotion runs from 1 April 2025 to 21 April 2025 and the free fraction of iShares MSCI World ETF worth €50 will be distributed between 1 August-1 September 2025.

How does it work?

• Step 1: Download the BUX app (iOS or Android) and create an account during the promotion period (from 1 April until 21 April 2025). 
• Step 2: Deposit money into your account using your ABN AMRO Bank account (from 1 April until 21 April 2025).
• Step 3: Set up an Investment Plan in the BUX app before April 21 with a minimum amount of €150.
• Step 4: Get your Investment Plan executed for 3 months. The 3 months don’t have to be consecutive. The 3 Investment Plan executions need to occur in April, May, June, July. The last execution should not be later than 1 August 2025.
• Step 3: Receive a free fraction of iShares MSCI World ETF worth €50.

When will the free (fractional) ETF be credited to your account?

The free (fractional) ETF will be credited to your BUX account after all promo conditions are met. The free (fractional) ETFs will be distributed between 1 August – 1 September 2025 during the EU market opening hours between 8:00 and 16:30.

Other important information

• BUX reserves the right to change offer terms for the Free ETF for ABN AMRO clients’ promotion or terminate it at any time without notice to the Client.
• The Free (fractional) ETF bonus is limited to one per Account with no more than one Account enrolled per new Client. 
• The promotion is only eligible if this is your first BUX account.
• The Free (fractional) ETF will be credited to your BUX account between 1 August and 1 September 2025 during the EU market opening hours between 8:00 and 16:30.
• In case the account is created on 21 April 2025 but the deposit is not made until 21 April 2025, the Free (fractional) ETF bonus will expire.
• In case the Investment Plan is not set up before 21 April 2025 the Free (fractional) ETF bonus will expire.
• The offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers and is available to EU residents only. 
• Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with BUX or a BUX affiliate, members of their household, and employees of any securities regulatory organisation or exchange are not eligible for This Promotion. 
• BUX may decline requests to enroll in This Promotion at its sole discretion. 
• If BUX detects any form of fraud, abuse or misuse of This Promotion of any kind, a Client may be excluded from This Promotion immediately. 
• BUX reserves the right to withhold any rewards for which a participating user is selected if BUX is of the opinion that the spirit of This Promotion is being abused or that irregular patterns are being observed. BUX will resolve any disputes, whether or not covered by these conditions, in a fair and appropriate manner and the decision of BUX regarding any dispute will be final.
